The detron CVR Series Automatic Pallet Changer (APC) system is custom-designed for machining centers, with pallet dimensions ranging from 660×500 mm and 850×500 mm to 1000×500 mm to accommodate various machine tool specifications.

Engineered to dramatically boost machining efficiency and automation, the CVR Series mounts directly to the machine base—ensuring simple installation without taking up extra floor space. Powered by a hydraulic drive for 180° rapid index swapping and paired with a high-precision tapered positioning mechanism, it guarantees a repeatability within ±0.005 mm. With a maximum single-side payload capacity of 300 kg and flexible multi-pallet configurations, the CVR Series is the ideal solution for high-mix, low-volume production and smart automation upgrades.
