Special Applications

Tailor-Made to Break Through Limits: detron Customized and Special-Application Rotary Tables

detron Machine offers bespoke "Special Application Services" designed for machining conditions that standard rotary tables cannot fully satisfy. We provide professional design and integration solutions that allow customers to create rotary machining configurations perfectly tailored to their specific needs—considering workpiece geometry, machine tool interfaces, process requirements, and automation criteria.

Our customization scope covers everything from workpiece clamping and interfaces to specialized swing diameters and bases, compound table applications, and unique exchange mechanisms. Depending on your requirements, we can configure interfaces such as BT50, CAPTO, pneumatic collets, and hydraulic/pneumatic distributors to enhance clamping efficiency and machining stability. We also undertake project-based designs for large swing diameters, specialized bases, built-in tables, or dual-drive mechanisms for tilting axes, meeting the demands of large-scale workpieces, unique angles, and high-rigidity machining.

In terms of composite applications, detron can integrate multiple rotary axes, tailstocks, precision fixtures, or specialized configurations for grinding machines. This assists customers in establishing comprehensive solutions for multi-axis machining, long workpiece support, and specialized manufacturing processes. For automated production, we offer specialized designs including Automatic Pallet Changers (APC), slim-type pallet changers, multi-position pallet handling mechanisms, and dedicated exchange plates for horizontal B-axes, all aimed at shortening loading/unloading times and maximizing equipment utilization.

Through our Special Application Services, detron provides more than just a rotary table; we start from your specific machining requirements to help you plan the entire integration of mechanical structures, fixtures, and production lines. Our goal is to elevate your machining flexibility, precision, and overall production competitiveness.
